Tiny USB drives like you get with wireless mice are fantastic for laptops when you don't want the drive sticking out too far, but they can be a pain to use on desktops. Redditor hidigidy42's solution is to simply wrap the USB with a paperclip so you can grab it easily.
If you're using a tiny USB with your mouse, or you just happen to have a very small flash drive, hidigidy's suggestion is to wrap the paperclip around the plastic tip of the USB. This way, you can easily grab it from the back of your computer without scouring around with a flashlight.
