You feel better about yourself when you learn, grow, and do better. That's kind of the point of lifehacking, in fact. Yeats just figured it out a long while before us. That said, there's a balance necessary. Growing doesn't mean stressing out about all the things you need to improve in your life. It simply means taking opportunities to become better as you find them. That way you're growing natural, and becoming happier as a result.
