Netflix has reinstated their DVD-only rental plan for new users, in response to outcry when they combined it with their streaming plan.

After raising prices and splitting them into two separate services, then recombining them into one big package with no DVD-only option, Netflix has finally heard the world's pleas and given us a bit more choice (make up your mind, will ya?).
